用途及特点　Use and characteristic：

● 液压翻转起模机是造型制芯生产线的主要工艺设备之一，主要用来完成砂型或型芯的翻转起模。

Hydraulic upside-down moulding machine is one of the main technological equipment of moulding core production line.It is mainly used to complete the upside-down moulding of sand mold or core.

● 结构采用“O”型液压四导柱，双油缸起模；刚性好，起模稳定可靠。

The structure adopts“O”type hydraulic four guide pillar, double oil cylinder drawing,good rigidity and stable and reliabel starting.

● 采用液压传动，完成夹紧、锁紧、翻转、起模工艺。

Hydraulic clamping is adopted to complete clamping, locking, turnover and lifting process.

● 采用PLC控制，振动辅助起模，振动力可调，并配置起模监测装置，起模精度高。

PLC control,Vibration Assistant lifting, vibration force adjustable, and equipped with a monitoring device,high precision.

● 翻转平稳，起模符合慢—快慢的工艺要求，平稳无冲击。
